Target Deals

I have dropped by Target a few times in the past few weeks to take advantage of the specials they have in combination with their target coupons. You can stack a target and a manufacture, however tonight they told me the policy has changed and you can not use a target coupon and a cents off coupon that target puts on the packages, such as discounted meat. You have to use one or the other. No biggie, I just told him to go ahead and take the meat back, but he kept going on and on about how I can't do it and I looked at my husband as if to say,"did I argue?" I never even fussed I just said that is ok just put the meat back. Target coupon site

I had two transactions.

Tran #1:

1 5lb bag of Green gaint russet potatoes 1.99 used a target 1.00 coupon =.99
1 Artisan Bread 1.69 used a target 1.00 off coupon = .69
Total 2.68 including tax
Total savings of 3.00 (this includes target sale prices)

Trans #2:
1 Pledge duster 2.50 used target 1.00 off and 1.25 manq = .25
1 Cascade Rinse 3.14 used free coupon I had from a mailing
1 Snuggle 4.69 used a 2.00 off manq = 2.69
1 5lb bag of Green gaint russet potatoes 1.99 used a target 1.00 coupon =.99
1 loaf Target bread 1.19
1 Always panty liner .94
1 Kotex liners 2.79 used 1.00 off manq = 1.79
Total with tax 8.76

Over all I was happy with the purchase. It was just a few needed items that didn't break the bank.
