I got an email from the place were I got the free bakeware, I listed with a picture below. You simply fill out the membership, It should cost a dollar shipping. (that is all it cost me) and simply print the final sheet so you can cancel the membership within the 7 days (make sure you cancel). I got the bakeware very quickly. Go here for the site.
