Sweeped at Kmart with my friend Denise

My friend and I did very well at the Kmart today. I can say that the cashier was patient with all our coupons.

My purchases were:

3 pert shampoos @2.99 each with 3 coupons for 1.50 off doubled all items were free

4 Gillette Shampoos for men @2.99 with 4 coupons for $2 off doubled all items were free

6 Vaseline (3 for men) @ 2.99 each all with 1.50 off doubled all items were free

1 Tide @ $5 with a $1 off coupon doubled = $3.00

1 -12 pack Scott toilet paper @ $5 with a .75 coupon doubled = 3.50

3 boxes of Advil PM @ 4.79 each with 3 $2.00 off coupons doubled = 2.37

2 boxes of chewy Rolaids @ 2.99 each with 2 $1 off coupons doubled = 1.98

4 boxes El Paso taco shells @ 1.00 each (buy 2 for $1 off) used 2 coupons doubled all items free


Total amount of purchases $93.88

Total Amount saved $76.01

Total Out of pocket $17.87


It was a great day, we made a pit stop at CVS for some good deals. We ate at a great authentic Mexican restaurant. And I made a quick stop at a new Wise Way and finally found a box of Kashi Mighty bites that are supposed to taste like captain crunch. Will let you know about that later.
