I made the best banana cake tonight! Here is the recipe. I used softasilk flour instead of all purpose flour, the only difference is you need to add two tablespoons of flour for each cup you use. This is because the softasilk flour is so baby fine. It also calls for buttermilk which I didn't have, just add some lemon juice to your milk and that works great.
I used chocolate fudge frosting (freebie from krogers awhile back). It was delish!!!
I had intented to use cream cheese frosting because I have so many of them but the picture with the chocolate looked really good.
