This weeks number

I am down 1.5 pounds to make this week an even 300. Considering this weeks stress and eating that is pretty good. I did get a lot of healthy food for this week so the goal is to concentrate on each day and worry about the next later.

Yea!!! Way to go!! See you are doing it. And even though it was a stressful week and may not have been the best for eaqting, you are making positive changes in your diet. Good job!

Good job Paula. I am down about 3 pounds as well. Of course that flucuates. I nned to try harder.
