New blog site to check out leaving excess. This site tells you how to simplify your life, cut back on excess and just learn to live simple. Check her out. I like her cooking ahead ideas...I know it is so hard to begin but in the end if you can even do 1/3 of the precooking, freeze ahead and so on for meals life would be so much easier.
