Mini Pies....UPDATED

These little mini apple dutch pies turned out great. They take about three bites and are perfect with a cold glass of milk. YUMMO.

I have been making more apple pie filling for the freezer and was considering making some little miniature apple pies. I have more pumpkins to puree tomorrow too and then I ran across this post by bakerella. YUMMY. I think I am going to go ahead and make the apple pie minis and some of these cute little pumpkin pie minis as well. I will freeze a batch so I can pull them out in a few weeks for a quick desert.
